"Room and hotel was extremely clean. My only complaint was buying a vegetable croissant - croissant was the only choice for bread - I bought it early in the morning the bottom was soggy and disgusting. It had clearly been made the day before and liquid had fallen through. However money was refunded cheerfully, with no issues. Just disappointing because everything else was excellent"
