Water fresher the deep in the canal. Wonderful home. The back of house/dock faces east so no blistering heat in the afternoon. Tip: Bring cleaning supplies. BBQ needs deep clean, the floors need deep steam clean. The doors need to be cleaned. Definitely replace the pillows in the bedrooms and replace all the towels. When possible, replace carpets with new or put in tile floor. That being said, we know these homes are well used and are not spotlessly cleaned.
