The Space The home is beautifully decorated with modern, top-line furnishings to include leather, reclining furniture and a 55" wide screen SMART TVs in the family room and each bedroom with hardwood floors in the common areas The dining area includes a large dining table with spacious seating for 7 and two additional dining tables are located on the oversized deck with additional seating for nine. The deck also includes a large fire table and a full size grill overlooking Castle Rock (Flag Mountain) and the Colorado River. The fully stocked kitchen boasts quartz counter tops, top of the line, stainless appliances, pod and drip coffee makers and plenty of cookware, dishes, silverware, gadgets and small appliances that will insure your meal prep is a breeze. The bedrooms and family room is equipped with remote controlled ceiling fans and lighting with spectacular views from the family room and each bedroom. All bedrooms include a 55" SMART TV, luxury mattress & linens, DVD player, remote controlled lighting and ceiling fans with blackout custom blinds and/or roman shades. There is a designated work space within the second bedroom that includes a desk and office chair. Bathrooms have luxurious, full size, towels, plenty of hot water, top line soaps, body wash and shampoos and each is equipped with a hair dryer. The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. WIFI service and a landline telephone service is also included with your stay. (Please note: We are not responsible for WIFI/telephone service outages due to situations beyond our control such as bad weather or service provider issues). Parking is plentiful. The driveway will accommodate 4 vehicles/trailers and parallel to the house on the street is a gravel parking area that can accommodate a vehicle and additional boat, jet ski or ATV trailer. Once your boat or jet ski is launched there is also parking available for your vehicle while you are on the water in a private, separate lot by the private community boat launch. Our cleaning and sanitization service is unmatched, with a proven record of excellence that includes a 14 point custom service program designed specifically for our property with a completed, personal, service inspection prior to every guest's arrival. If a guest is traveling with a pet, the $109 pet fee covers an additional pet sanitization & dander removal service is added to our cleaning program upon check out. Kitchen was great had fully equipped. The only issue very small dining pretty much just a bar. But eating on the porch worked out great very roomy there. Livingroom was nice and couches clean and plenty of seating for large extended family. Bedroom were good size, beds were wonderful, bedding clean and cozy. Bathroom had great quality towel and paper products. The River itself was an oasis, the water was fresh and wonderful. Only let down was you have to cross a busy highway to get to the river. It's minutes to walk there but that main road is dangerous so I recommend driving there. House was close to everything, 15-20 drive to Lake Havasu. Had a wonderful time. This house was exactly what we needed. Location close to Parker strip, room for six people to sleep comfortably, room to park two trucks with trailers. I called the owner a couple times with questions about the city and he answered the phone every time and gave me everything I needed. Would absolutely stay here again. There were many broken items. For example, No cold water in the sink in Master Bath; garbage disposal didn't work; toilet paper holder broken; kitchen items were in very poor shape. Had to have the dishwasher repaired. Also, there isn't a patio or good place to sit and visit. The driveway has river rock, making it very unstable to walk on. If you have any mobility issues not a good place to stay. Also, I believe the owner would change the thermostat up in the night. My spouse has breathing issues and needs cool air. We would turn it down when going to bed and in the night we would see where it had been turned up (remotely) by 6-7 degrees. It was not really as we would have expected. ##### Ellen G. Perfect for our group of 10\. The kids were a little bummed there was no foose ball table, like the listing stated, but they still had a great time. Nice boat launch. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, knives and just about everything you need to prepare a meal. The rooms were clean, bathrooms were roomy and the air conditioner worked great. This place was super nice, clean and so conveniently close to the river. The common grounds area that we had access to was also nice. All the homeowners that have access too, were all so nice. They knew we were renting through Chris and Stephanie and they were welcoming as well. My wife and I had a great trip coming here and meeting up with our kids for the weekend.
