The well appointed interior has been updated with granite countertops and a gourmet kitchen. The condo is spacious with 1500 square feet of living space. I have a large, south-facing deck with a private hot tub and great views of Deer Valley's Olympic ski runs. Relax in the large great room around the beautiful stone wood and gas burning fireplace. Powder Run #B13 accommodates guests with two king master suites with jetted tubs and HD flat screen TVs in both bedrooms. The condo is located in Building B about 50 yards from Snow Park Lodge at the Deer Valley Ski Resort. Such a beautiful summer setting that offers easy access to hiking, enjoying Deer Valley Lake, taking the free 5 minute bus ride to Main Street, Deer Valley concerts, and much more. Literally walk across the street to the Deer Valley Resort lift. The outside of the property was very nice. Prior to our arrival we were given access codes to get into the building. Unfortunately, the codes didn’t work and we later learned had expired 3 weeks prior. Thus, within our first few minutes of arriving we were already having to call maintenance to let us in - not a great first impression. Maintenance didn't even have all of the correct codes which was a bit frustrating. As well, after a long day of skiing we simply wanted to turn on the tv to get the news. Apparently the prior guests had used the BlueRay player and hadn’t switched the cords back. This led us to having us reach out to the owner to rectify. It would have been helpful to have a welcome letter/instruction guide on how to resolve such issues including what to do with trash, tv, local bus, trolley schedules (our 3rd time in Park City but first at Deer Valley Resort and a reminder would have been helpful). For a stay with 5 people for six nights it would have been helpful to have access to more than just two tiny bottles of shampoo, more than one roll of paper towels and the ability to use a broom and dust pan. It felt as though there wasn’t any checks and balances for the unit as we found several lightbulbs out, old screws laying around, toilets that were difficult to flush and broken/cracked outlets which just didn’t seem safe/up to code. ##### Kurt G. We enjoyed a summer of great fun and wonderful memories in DeAnna's condo. It's bright, roomy and in a fantastic location in Deer Valley. We are happy we are returning for the 2019 summer. It's perfect for a couple, two couples or a family because it has two comfy bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Each bedroom has a king bed, a nice sized closet, a roomy private bath with two vanities. In one bedroom there's also a twin bed. And there's still 1/2 bath. It's well stocked with lots of dishes for cooking in and on the free shuttle bus line if you want to eat out. She has 3 flat screen TV's with cable and fast Wifi so you and your kids can stay connected! Our 5 year old grandson enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. There's a nice deck with mountain views and we appreciated underground parking. When you arrive, just put your stuff in in one of the carts, hop in the elevator and you are there! You don't have to climb steps to get yourselves settled in...save that energy for skiing or hiking. You are just a short block from Deer Valley Snowpark Lodge with wonderful mountain biking, hiking and the best snow for skiing; a couple of steps to the funicular to fine dining at the St Regis and a downhill walk to the Brass Tag for drinks and dinner. Take a drive to nearby Solamere for deer and moose spotting! One evening we saw 17 deer there. DeAnna's condo is a little slice of heaven in Utah! ##### Christine W. All the necessities from the kitchen to bathrooms. The unit doesn’t have air conditioning though. The bed heights are just that so climbing in need a step stool. The location is beyond ideal for skiing. We have 3 kids and the guest room with the extra bed was perfect. The owner was very responsive and was great to work with.
