It smells of cigarette smoke and the sofa has burn marks. The kitchen is small and has minimal supplies. The stoves burners are bent and make cooking difficult. All of the wood furniture and cabinets have been painted black however there are paint chips everywhere. Two of the bedrooms are without windows and are very stuffy and small. The bunk room is dangerous. The ladder to get to the top bunks has a low dresser blocking the lower rungs of the ladder. My 15 year old granddaughter tried to get out of bed and fell with the dresser falling on top of her. She was bruised and had neck pain. The rungs should be moved to the other end of the beds. If you're looking for a view, don't stay here. The unit is lower than street level. Looking outside you see the roof to the stairs which go downstairs for parking. Your view continues to the parking lot on the other side of the street. The one plus is that you can walk to the slopes from the unit. I would never stay in this unit again. ##### Robert F.
