We had two families on this trip, one with a baby, and the layout of the house was perfect! The basement with two bedrooms made it perfect for the family with a baby to get away from the crowds and have a perfect space to themselves. The giant laundry room made it easy for our group to take off their skis and boots at the door without tracking mud and snow around. The location was perfect and definitely an easy walk to the closest lift. And the hot tub on the porch was the best part! The house was spotless when we arrived and was stocked with every essential we could have needed. Sonja was very helpful and responsive to texts and calls. The highlights were the proximity to the gondola, which is about a 2-3 block walk, the new tv and the hot tub. You can’t beat the convenience of walking to the gondola! It also is only a short Uber ride to Main Street to hit the town for a night, which was another plus. Lastly, working with Sonja was great. She always responded back in a timely manner if we had any questions. She did her best to accommodate our group to get another day on the mountain the day we were scheduled to fly home even though she had renters coming in that same night. Much appreciated. If you’re in park city to hit the mountain this is a great spot, I would recommend it to anyone. ##### Brian G. There is only a fireplace to heat the downstairs level so it got cold. Space heaters are not practical with young children. The loft has two tiny beds and I wouldn’t feel comfortable putting children on the steep ladder you need to climb to get to it. Close to lifts and shopping The house was very nice! The location was awesome about a 5 minute walk to the Canyons Gondola or 2 minute walk out the back door to the pink bus route. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and spices. I would highly recommend this place to anyone (especially bigger groups). ##### Ryan H. This townhouse was perfect for our mini family reunion! There are plently of bedrooms and I especially liked having two dining tables in the kitchen.
