The views and spa was great and if you want a vintage experience the Yellow House is your property of choice. Beware it’s up in the hill so be prepared to climb some stairs but overall we had a great time and location is a plus!
Great getaway to overlook Park City Main Street town for an adult couple. Lots of steps, however there is a parking lot right below for those who do not want to take the steps. We enjoyed the exercise and the view.
This was a nice home on the hill overlooking park city. Enough room to roam around, but small and cozy enough to enjoy each other. This was a getaway from the city/work and created a perfect experience for that. We will always remember this place and will likely return.
As others have said - be prepared for stairs. Lots of stairs. Stairs to/from the street to the cabin and stairs utilizing the shortcut to Main St. And the stairs inside the cottage to the upstairs bedroom are very steep.
The cottage was adorable. Well appointed kitchen, plenty of linens, full size washer and dryer, extra blankets, games/puzzles for entertainment, gas fireplace and separate mobile heater in the entryway. You won’t be cold!! Kudos to the owner for actually allowing guests to control the thermostat. Also very cool is a retro looking Bluetooth speaker for easy connection to your devices.
Back yard hot tub is wonderful. Amazing view of Main St while soaking in a very clean and maintained hot tub is delightful.
Shower is small, if you’re tall you’re going to have to crouch but that’s to be said with any cottage. During our stay we had the house on one side under construction - noise started early. The other side had painters that were told they could use our property for access - so made it a little difficult to enjoy the space with painters right outside the windows and in the yard. This was the only issue we encountered and certainly not a dealbreaker.
Overall highly recommend. Very responsive management with clear communication. Lovely views. Excellent proximity to downtown.
Super cute, well maintained and appointed property! Great location, all of downtown was easily walkable from here. We will certainly rent this place again if we find ourselves going to Park City in the future!

Cozy house right in old town - great place to unplug
We have rented a lot of houses in Park City with our dog and we enjoyed our stay here. First off please note there are a lot of stairs - stairs to descend to get to the house and steep stairs up to the master bedroom. Best to be nimble if you stay here. The house is set down below street level and nicely decorated with old town chic. Everything was clean - the deck and yard were lovely for relaxing. We used the hot tub almost every day. The one bathroom is large and the kitchen and family room are great to sit in to work and eat. Also note - there is no TV. We did not realize that when I booked it so we could not watch a movie or stream anything - but honestly we did not miss it. The best part about this house is access to the trails - trails trails everywhere. We trail ran and mountain biked every day. Last note is that the stairs to the master are steep, short and slippery. Definitely need to be very careful going down them to avoid falling. Overall - this place was fun and we enjoyed it.
We had high hopes but were disappointed in our stay here. Loud road noise and partying noise late at night, a broken coffeemaker and issues with the gas fireplace were just a few of the reasons we wouldn't return next time we're in Park City.
Great location, fun historical house. Plenty of room for a family of 3 & a dog. Clean and owner was very quick to respond to our questions. Just like other reviewers stated, be prepared for stairs & hills. Short walk to downtown & a short drive to everything else. Would definitely stay here again.
The house we stayed in was really cozy. It was close to downtown. A short walk down the "shorty stairs" This is a historic home so you have to understand that its not going to be perfect. However there are some basic maintenance items that need to be taken care of. The house just needs a little love. The neighbors little dog bites also. Found that out the hard way! I would stay here again. Great veiws of main street.
The property was a nice place to stay during our visit to PC. The only thing I would mention to other renters is you must be able to handle stairs. There were stairs leading down to the house. The stairs to the main bedroom upstairs were both quite steep and small. In addition, the house itself is about 5 blocks from Main Street, which is straight downhill from the house. Not a problem walking into downtown, but can take the breath out of you climbing back home. To give a better example, the last "flight" of stairs using the local shortcut to downtown has 106 steps alone. Yes...I counted them. Otherwise, the property was a great little place to stay at. I really enjoyed the hot tub off the back deck. The hot tub was very new & clean with plenty of chlorine so I felt comfortable getting into it. I wouldn't want to live in this house due to the stairs (and I'm only 46yrs old), but I would definitely visit here again if in Park City. Though I'm not sure how easy it would be driving up the hill to the house in the winter. It must be possible since there are a number of homes on the same street, but I would be scary if the roads were icy.
All the previous reviews are correct! The house is a gem. The history itself makes it worth while. The hot tub is awesome and the kitchen is full service. We cooked several times.
This house is NOT for anyone with physical disabilities. The steps are steep and there is no other access.

Winter Wonderland
My family ended up booking this adorable yellow house last minute for Christmas after our previous booking in the area decided our dog was too big (he's a service dog, but yes a 100 lb black lab). Katie was very responsive via email and upon booking provided all of the access information. The house was just as it was described. There are many stairs down to the house, which were cleared of snow every few days. There is a yard that L-wraps the house and the Jacuzzi overlooks Old Town Park City. It was really fun to sit in the hot tub while the snow fell and watch the groomers working on the ski slopes. The kitchen had everything we needed and the fridge had some of the essentials (butter/sauces). Both beds were comfortable and the heaters worked great. There is no TV in the house, but we used the time to enjoy cooking, reading, and playing cards. There is an article hanging in the house about the history of house and its tie to the mining industry, very interesting! There are two parking spots for cars off of Ontario Ave. It snowed so much while we were there, we used both and parked sideways so it was easier to get in and out on the snow/ice. The road is steep on both ends, but we did not drive the 4x4 and were able to get up and down without chains (the road was plowed every day, if it wasn't we would have needed chains). The house has old charm with modern comforts. Next time we are in Park City I would absolutely stay here again.

Welcoming and Cozy!
We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Plenty of space. Has everything you need including washer/dryer and grill. The 2 beds were each easily big enough for 2. The location is great as well. You're just a few block walk from the main strip and the lift to PCMR. Loved it and would stay again!

The Little Yellow House
We had a wonderful time in this cute little yellow house. We had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect for walking around town and feeling like we were in the middle of everything. We especially enjoyed the yard with the hot tub looking over Main Street. Katie was a great host and gave us many suggestions for all of our activities.

LOVE The Yellow House!
This adorable historic home is beyond cozy, updated and has plenty of luxurious touches -- from the hot tub, to a very well equipped kitchen.
You can walk to Main Street to take in Park City's restaurants and nightlife -- or curl up in front of the fire. We did both.
We will be back -- it's the perfect spot for one or two couples - especially during ski season.
Our host Leron was proactive, helpful and friendly.
