We enjoyed the hot tub and used the BBQ a few times even in the cold. We were also pleasantly surprised with the steam shower in the master bath. Great place for a family reunion / trip. What a terrific location for our family reunion. Everyone loved it. So many nice touches for children, like a high chair, crib and toys. The decor is gorgeous and you can't beat the location. Some of our group went on a bike ride starting at Guardsman Pass and ended in the backyard. The kitchen was great for cranking out meals for a large group. We enjoyed the relaxing backyard and the hot tub that was in pristine condition. The floor plan was perfect for me and my extended family - large kitchen flows into family room and dining area on main floor with bedrooms on three levels giving people the right amount of privacy. It's ski in and ski out and during the summer, it was great for afternoon hikes and mountain biking. The location is fantastic and easy to get in and out of town. The house is beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming and has plenty of rooms for everyone! We used it for our family vacation and absolutely loved the open kitchen and cozy living room with fireplace where everyone could hang out. It is a ski in/out house that makes skiing even more enjoyable! The Silver Star restaurant just a walk away has delicious food and is the perfect place to have some drinks and relax! Leron is a wonderful house manager and makes sure you have everything you need for the perfect vacation- can't wait to go back!! ##### Allison B. This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this house and it is such a gem. The location is amazing- so close to town and right on the mountain (ski in/out). Given its proximity to downtown, while still being as big and nice as houses in the Colony, I think it has to be among the best places to stay in PC. Leron was super proactive about making sure we had what we needed before, during and even after our stay. I'd definitely stay here home, and I am happy to recommend this to anyone who wants to stay there when I don't want to be there! :-) ##### Alex D. ---
