Other Things to Note: Please note that, like many homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. Quiet hours must be observed on the property nightly from 10pm to 8am. During these hours, tenants should refrain from activities that may cause excessive noise and interrupt the tranquility of other units. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. The shared pool complex closes seasonally from the end of ski season until approximately Memorial Day Weekend and from Labor Day Weekend until the beginning of ski season. This place is a hidden gem. The location is great--ski in ski out--but far enough away from the crowds at the base of Park City resort. The unit is spacious with two bedrooms and a loft. We came here for a mother/son ski trip and the large community hot tub was a huge hit with our 18 year old sons! Communication before and during our stay was great.
