This condo is spacious, approximately 2500 square feet, very well equipped, and nicely decorated. It has a 'downhill' floor plan, with the entry and garage at driveway level. The main level includes the living room adjoining the kitchen and dining area, with hight ceilings, hardwood flooring a wet bar and a floor to ceiling rustic stone gas fireplace. The Space: Living Room - Elegant Article Furnishings and a gas fire place. Kitchen - Very well equipped for cooking meals. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher & hardwood flooring. Dining Room - Seating for 8 at dining table, 4 stools at counter/bar. Great location too! It was nice to be able to walk to Main St. Park City or take a quick bus. The property is well maintained and the property management company was very easy to get a hold of if we had an issue. My only suggestion would be to replace the downstairs bedroom and upstairs bedroom mattresses. The downstairs mattress seemed very old and you could feel the springs come through and the upstairs mattress caved into the middle. Overall this property was a great fit for our family and its needs. We would love to stay here again! ##### Angela W. Four fans were delivered, but needed to be assembled.
