Look no further than our two bedroom, three bath townhome that is perfect for your next family ski vacation or friends trip! Get the best of both worlds in this home that is conveniently situated steps away from shops, restaurants, theaters, and free shuttle access to Park City ski resorts- while also overlooking the picturesque Swaner Nature Preserve with year-round access to its hiking and biking trails!

This open-concept home welcomes you in with stunning nature reserve views from the moment you open the front door. Accented with a wood-beamed ceiling, the living space is comforting, warm, and ideal for gathering. Relax after a day of skiing by getting toasty by the gas fireplace and take in the view through the bright floor to ceilings windows. Stretch out on the large sofa for a movie night or curl up with a blanket and a good book on the lounge chair! The main floor also has a full bathroom- convenient for guests and entertaining.

The chef’s kitchen flows into the living space and features granite countertops, open shelving-oak cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and household appliances such as a convection oven and a Keurig coffee machine. The breakfast bar with seating for three is great for casual dining, or gather around the dining table (seats 6) for group meals!

On the second floor you will find both bedrooms, as well as the washer/dryer unit. The large second floor landing also features a cozy daybed. The primary bedroom is spacious and light-soaked, with vaulted ceilings and large sliding glass doors that lead to a private balcony. Enjoy the sunrise from here with a cup of coffee and take in the stunning views of the mountains. This bedroom features a king-sized bed with plush bedding, large dresser, flat screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom complete with two vanities and a stone tiled standing shower. The second bedroom boasts of high ceilings with a lofted area, king-sized bed, and also has an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

This hidden gem lets visitors enjoy uninterrupted views of Park City's stunning mountain range, while also being steps from restaurants, cafes, shops, ski & snowboard rentals, and the free shuttle! Come year-round and experience everything Park City has to offer!

Two week trip to park city with family and visiting friends. This townhome is fully equipped , lovely furniture - comfortable beds and linens a fabulous washer and dryer making laundry easy. - owner was very responsive - and I love the location for walks and the gym and close to restaurants- highly recommended

Wonderful Holiday!

Our family of four had a great week skiing. Great location between Park City and The Canyons Village. Near restaurants, grocery and shopping (Redstone community). Owner is very responsive to inquiries. Home was very comfortable with all the amenities you need and a lovely view of the mountain range. Would absolutely rent again if/when we return to Park City!

Very comfortable space and very close to The Canyons

Family of 6 (2 little kids) had a great time while at the condo, had restaurants/shopping within walking distance, and was only about a 10 minute drive to the free skier parking at The Canyons (Cabriolet gondola). The garage was a very nice perk as it was cold and snowy and the kitchen was well-stocked with ample supplies for cooking. Absolutely no complaints!

A perfect getaway

This location was a welcomed surprise. It is close enough to many coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants but with an incredible view. Our host was quick to respond and assist with anything we needed and the house felt like we were staying with family. Best part was the distance to Park City. It was just outside of the hustle and bustle but so easily accessible. I will be returning to stay again and will be dreaming of the sunrise views over the preserve.
