Near Main St.! On Golf Course -X-Country Ski! Priv. Hot Tub! You will love Park City! We are thrilled to be the owners of this townhome in the Payday Complex! We are located on the golf course within Old Town. The Silver Star ski lift, the Silver Star Cafe ( live music TH, FRI and SAT) and hiking trails are right across the street! The free shuttle is across the driveway and will get you to Main St. in about 5-7 minutes. Park City is as wonderful in the summer and fall as it is in the winter (we just installed three ductless mini split air conditioners on the 2nd and 3rd floors). There is just so much to do here! If you enjoy being outdoors or spending a day in a spa, there are activities galore! Check out the funicular transporting you to the St. Regis Hotel for a drink with an overlook of Deer Valley Resort. Or explore Sundance Resort just 45 minutes away. Another favorite is taking a drive on Utah's Scenic Byway and hike and picnic at Mirror Lake. I could go on and on...it's a beautiful destination!! Oh...and we installed a new half bath on the third floor and just installed new flooring and carpet throughout! Only 1 house trained and well behaved dog allowed. Necessary pet info: Breed? Age? House trained? No pets allowed on furniture or on beds due to guests with allergies Pet must be crated when home alone You must pick up after your pet outside as the entire outside is common area for all No barking, chewing furniture or digging $100 pet fee. Scroll down to House Rules. First floor has an ensuite queen sized Master bedroom. There is a travel crib in the closet. Another full bathroom, kitchen, dining room, family room, two decks outside, one with a private hot tub. The second floor has a loft with two twin beds (the beds can be pushed together to form a king size bed) and an ensuite king sized master bedroom with balcony. There is also a twin tri-fold bed in the closet. The third floor has a bedroom with a queen size bed and one twin size bed. There is also a half bath. In conclusion, in the town home there is one king-size, two queen-size, three twin-size, one twin-size tri-fold bed and a travel crib. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, utensils, plates, condiments, etc. The entrance to the condo is on the ground floor. The entire ground floor of the condo does not border any other units for maximum quiet and privacy. There are all kinds of great winter and summer activities to enjoy at this condominium. ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: \*Our rental rates are reasonable and are less than rates charged by commercial management companies. \*You may cancel your booking up to 60 days prior to arrival and receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to arrival, we will immediately put the unit up for rent again. If we are successful in rebooking you will receive your entire deposit back. During Christmas week you may cancel 7 days prior to arrival and receive a full refund if less than 50% of the lifts are open at Park City or Deer Valley, (only applies December 25th through January 1st). For the rest of the year, cancellations must be requested in an email. If we are unable to rent the property, your deposit will be forfeited to us with the exception of the Security Deposit and the Cleaning Fee which will be returned to you. If additional required payments are not made 30 days prior to arrival, owners will send you a reminder. This was our third year staying at the payday condominium complex and we have enjoyed it every time. Conveniently located close to the silver star lift provides easy access to the mountain without having to take the bus to the base. It is close to Silver Star Lift. We walked a few minutes to the elevator from Three Kings to the Silver Star Cafe and then up the slopes. Rooms were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked for cooking meals and everything worked. The fireplace is a highlight, nice and warm after a day out in the snow. ##### Michael Y. The location was ideal for convenience around Park City. I didn't realize they didn't have a BBQ grill when I booked it and it would have been nice to grill vs cooking everything in the kitchen. We were 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) and never felt crowded. The best part about our stay was the proximity to the "private" silver star lift which keeps you from having to wait in long morning lines to get on the mountain. Its a 5 min walk to an elevator that takes you 20 strides from the chair. We basically got first chair all week. Free bus was great to take into town for dinner and shopping and the bus stop is 2 minutes from the condo. If and when we come back to Park City I know where we are staying. Oh and a dip in the hot tub after a long day skiing was a really nice bonus.(you would probably walk longer fcare ##### Michael W. Our annual friend group ski trip was a success and Debbie and Dan’s place was absolutely perfect. The location is unreal, basically as close to ski in/ski out that you can get. Everything at the condo was cozy and comfy, we also loved the hot tub right out back. Also Debbie and Dan were able to accommodate the last two of us who had a flight delay resulting in a red eye out of SLC and we were able to stay with a late checkout to rest and relax before heading to the airport in the evening. We would love to return to this condo on a future trip, it really was perfection! ##### Ben K. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Kitchen was well equipped and included some basic items such as spices, coffee filters (no Keurig), baggies, trash bags, etc. Dishwasher a little tricky to turn on. Enjoyed the hot tub on the deck after long days of skiing. We primarily used the shuttle to Park City Mountain ski lifts rather than using the lift to the Black ski trail near the Condo. Owners very responsive when planning our stay. Highly recommend this property and location. ##### LW S. We came for a long ski weekend. The property was perfect for the 7 of us. It could easily handle a few more. We used the private hot tub just outside the door, which was great. Skiing was just a short walk down the road, up the elevator to the Silver Star Lift. In fact, we were going to get a locker at the Silver Star lift, but the walk was short enough that we decided not to. We did use the bus system (blue) one time and it dropped us at the end of the entrance to the Payday Condos!. Debbie was definitely a great host with great communication. We all agreed that would definitely return to this condo again. ##### John S. Hop on the free bus into town right out front. A ten minute ride. Access to great trail directly across the street. Convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. My husband and his friend had an amazing biking experience. The beds were very comfy and outdoor seating off the second floor bedroom was very nice. Park City is in a beautiful setting with awesome views from many trails. Only drawback was Main St where all shops, galleries and restaurants are located was completely torn up and all day was a scene of jack hammers and hot tar. Early AM and after 7pm was ok. A merchant said this happens every spring so if you can check a town website and avoid that time period I would recommend that. If you only hike and golf then it won’t really matter. The property is surrounded by pine trees and aspen at the edge of the golf course and tucked away from the main road, but within a very short walk of a free bus to historic downtown and beautiful hiking trails. We had a group of 8 adults and young adults and fit very comfortably-the living space was both spacious and cozy and the kitchen was very well stocked. Our kids loved the hot tub and we all loved sitting on the deck. We can’t wait to come back for ski season!
