There's a particular kind of morning that only happens mid-mountain. You wake up in Mont Cervin #31, look out through a wall of windows at the groomers, and realize the Sterling Express chair is about a hundred steps from the building. No shuttle, no parking lot shuffle. Boots on, out the door, and you're on the lift while the rest of Deer Valley is still finding a space in the lower lots.

The condo itself is a penthouse in Mont Cervin Plaza, right in the middle of Silver Lake Village. Vaulted ceilings open the main room up the moment you walk in, and tall windows on two sides pull in light and views of the slopes and the trails beyond them. The living room, dining room, and kitchen share one big open space, with an L-shaped sectional that fits the whole group in front of the fireplace and a flat-screen TV for the evenings nobody wants to go back out in the cold. Two balconies give you a place to take in the mountain with a coffee or a late lunch, and the patio table is set up for dinners outside when the weather is on your side.

The kitchen is built for a group that likes to cook. Stainless appliances, granite counters, wood cabinetry, and enough stocked cookware and basics to handle a proper breakfast before first chair and a real dinner after last. The dining table seats eight, with a breakfast table nearby for a couple more. The three bedrooms are spread across the unit rather than stacked together, which makes a difference when you're sharing the place with another family or two other couples. The primary bedroom has its own fireplace and a deep soaking tub, and the condo is large enough that it never feels crowded, even with everyone home at once. Trifold floor mattresses and extra linens are available on request for the two additional guests our occupancy allows beyond the bed count.

The private hot tub is the end of every ski day. It looks out over the Deer Valley slopes, which is a fine thing to stare at while your legs recover.

Silver Lake Village is a true mid-mountain village, with Silver Lake Lodge and its restaurants, a ticket office, Christy Sports downstairs in the building, sportswear shops, and the Deer Valley boutique all within a short walk. Stein Eriksen Lodge is a few minutes up the hill on foot. Historic Main Street in Park City is about three miles down the road, and the free #4 Orange bus stops on Royal Street right outside the building and runs straight to the Old Town Transit Hub every 30 minutes, so you can head into town for the Park City Museum, the galleries, the shops, and dinner without moving the car. A car is still handy for exploring further, including Park City Mountain Resort on the other side of town.

Summer and fall are quieter and every bit as good. The lifts run for mountain biking and hiking, the trails start at the village, and the balconies are the best seat for the turning aspens. Snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and backcountry tours are all a short drive away in winter, and Deer Valley itself keeps things ski-only, so expect wide groomers and an easy pace on the mountain.

Whatever season brings you, Mont Cervin #31 is the kind of place that makes the mountain feel close: big windows, a good kitchen, a hot tub with a view, and the chairlift right there when you want it.

However, you may also take the Park City Transportation by using the #4 Orange bus which runs every 30 minutes at 22 and:52 after the hour, directly to the Old Town Transit Hub on Main Street. The bus stop is located outside the building on Royal Street, outside ColeSport. The bus is free! You'll find an array of activity options at Deer Valley® Resort and Park City Mountain Resort, along with Historic Main Street options such as the Park City Museum, shops, and top-rated dining for your pleasure. Outdoor enthusiasts will be thrilled by this location since it'll allow them to enjoy snowmobiling, snowshoeing, snowboarding, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and more.

Parking Details:
- Parking for the Mont Cervin Plaza is located in the Silver Lake Village parking garage. You'll receive a QR code via email to scan at the entrance gate. Park in the designated parking spot for your unit.
- Free parking for one car. Additional parking costs $50/day per car.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
