However, the ski-in only works if the ski area has enough snow to open the ski run needed to access the home, which it didn't have over '25 X-mas break. This should not deter you, because you can easily drive to Park City Mountain ski area, and the parking is free, provided that you first reserve on-line, which is easy, and also because the ski-out part requires you to use the SLOW Town Lift. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, and a different type of sheet might make for a better night’s sleep.We also didn’t realize that many homes in Park City don’t typically have air conditioning, so it was warmer indoors than we expected. We go to the Park City area every other year. It is nearly impossible to beat the convenience of this house with both great town access and ski in / ski out. David is also an incredibly responsive and helpful host. David was super responsive and made the checkin checkout process so easy. The location of the property is amazing for ski in/ski out and walking to the village for apres ski or dinner. Excellent location had fun. Did not drive the whole weekend could walj to everyrhing. Only complaint is that common space was tight for 6 guests. We were 3 couples and one teenage son so bedrooms and bathrooms worked well. Communication with owner was good. We are from Sydney so happy to see house photos were truly represented. Only negative would be house only surface cleaned which could have been better and house a bit tied, but if more modern would probably have been more expensive. You can ski out the back door, and walk to everything Main Street, Park City has to offer. Communication with the owner was flawless.
