(5th bed is a fold out cot for young kids). This is a beautifully appointed, spacious modern style studio unit at The Lodge at Mountain Village in Park City Base Area. You'll have access to the pool, hot tub, and the free bus into town. Best location in town w/ access to ski lifts, ice rink, shops & dining, activities, and just a quick jaunt Old Town! Steps from the PayDay lift at PCMR and you can ski-in/ski-out from the ski locker room. Indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub and a fitness center. You can't beat the location (no rental car needed)! Covered parking available for a $400 fully refundable deposit\*. During the peak summer months (early June - Sept), enjoy a lively summer village, with concerts, al fresco dining, easy access to city ebikes & bus system, biking and hiking trailheads, walk to the lifts and summer activities (zip lines, ropes courses, putt putt golf, trampolines, kids village, alpine slide and alpine coaster). (NOTE: Parking is free, however we do require a $400 deposit in order to release the pass. Our lot is premium resort parking and that is the fee the HOA charges us to replace lost or stolen passes. NOTE: Garage Clearance 6'6" - and there is no other option for parking in the area, so you will have to use a Park and Ride lot during your stay.) NOTE: Shoulder seasons (April/May, Oct/Nov) are heavily discounted as not all mountain operations & amenities may be available. The condo is located IN Park City Resort Base Area. You really can't get any closer than our complex to the main lift, PayDay and ski-in to First Time lift. The village ice rink is right outside our door, and the city bus also picks up at the edge of the base area (just steps away!) You can walk or take the bus to Old Town, we are about a 3/4 of a mile from the bottom of Main Street. So close to the slopes. You literally walk out the back door and you are at the lifts. Total time from the room to the lift is less than minutes (and that includes putting your skis on). It is a true ski in ski out which made for a great ski vacation. The hot tub and heated pool are also very nice. The property is located at the base of park city mountain, which is one of the transit hubs for the free bus transportation. It made getting around in park city incredibly easy. We did not rent a car and would not rent one if we were to stay here again as the bus was by far the easiest way to get around. There is an app called myStop where you can plug in your destination and it will tell you what bus to get on. The room was amazing from functionality to its location to ski lifts. Stacy the owner was right there with a response of any questions we had for her. The kitchen had every thing we needed for cooking and our needs. For a fun romantic ski in and out experience I would recommend this location. We also had a great deal on ski rental for my wife less than 100’ from our room. Win win! We will be back to Park City/Canyons again for sure. ##### Robert H. This is a perfect property for winter or summer because of the location. It is right in the shopping village and close to ski lift. I have been going to Park City for years in the summer and winter. I used to stay at the Marriott. But for this price and all the amenities this place is perfect. The room is very modern and has recently been updated. The owner Stacey was always available by phone if we had questions. She even offered to show us around the area. The only reason I declined was because i knew the area from staying there before.
