Perfect location on Main Street

Beautiful modern two story condo with an awesome location on Main Street. Across the street from the Egyptian Theater and lots of great bars, restaurants and galleries. We enjoyed the condo and would stay here again!

Park City get away

We had a great time in Park City. Condo is on Main Street, close to shopping, restaurants and as an added bonus the Main Street Arts Festival was in town the same weekend which added lots of other events and things to do. We had a great time.

Ski family getaway

The location of this condo is PERFECT! Literally steps outside and there is a ski lift. A non-skier was also with the group who loved walking around town easily from the condo to visit galleries and shops. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with great divided bedrooms. We had a blast - thank you!

Town Lift was so convenient, and the equipment rental is right there at the lift. Also, valet storage at the lift, as well. Great Restaurants within walking distance. Unit is clean, and well stocked for adult family.

Perfect in Every Way!

Loved the location to downtown, so helpful to have that parking space for shopping, dining and right next to the ski lift. The rooftop was perfect with the hot tub, firepit and grill. Condo was spotless and had everything we would need for a magical Christmas. Definitely recommending to others that want to do it all in Park City!

Excellent unit in the best location

Location was top notch - 20 paces from the door to the town lift. As for the unit itself, it’s the little things that make a great rental excellent and this unit has all of them - coffee filters, plenty of dish soap, laundry soap, good selection of utensils, salt and pepper, etc. the ski locker was large and had racks for 4 pairs of boots, rental shop in the building if you need it. Communication with the owner was easy and responsive through the app. Would definitely stay again.

Unit was nice however the beds were very uncomfortable and the linen was nothing to write home about. The kitchen and living room and fireplace were as expected with wood floors. Location was excellent.

The location was absolutely amazing! Access to the Town lift was literally 20 yards from the entrance to our condo. The ski locker was an amazing perk, and the condo had two huge bathrooms. I stayed with my son's, 28 and 24 years old, and it was just spectacular. We had three amazing dinners in town, and literally Main Street is right at our front door. You should not discount the free parking space, which was wonderful, as well.

Perfect location and excellent amenities for a weekend of shredding gnar!

I rented Mathew’s place for a date weekend with my wife, and everything was perfect! Check-in was simple and easy—Mat sent a detailed message with everything needed. The condo was fantastic! It’s spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. We loved the giant bed and jacuzzi tub in the master suite! The location and amenities cannot be beat! True ski-in/ski-out with the lift literally 100ft from the door! Ski rental/tuning shop is in the building and mere steps away; community space/grill on the rooftop; hot tub on the rooftop and we met wonderful people while we used it. Tons of shops, restaurants, bars, and art galleries are all within walking distance. You simply cannot beat this condo and location for a shredfest!

Outstanding in Every Way!

There aren’t enough words to describe how perfect our stay was at Mathew’s Park City condo! The location is amazing - steps away from the Town Lift - and we were able to rent our skis, boots, and poles by taking the very convenient elevator right to the second floor. There was even a ski valet that kept our equipment overnight for us. Mathew also has a heated private ski locker for those wet and cold ski boots at the end of the day. The condo is also perfectly located to walk up and down Main Street where there is a plethora of shops and restaurants. Parking was sooo convenient, and the fact that it was in a covered parking garage was a bonus. The condo itself had everything you might need and was very tastefully decorated. There were only two of us and we both appreciated the fact that we each had our own private bedroom and private bathroom. I highly recommend Mathew’s place - you won’t be disappointed.
