Welcome to the Reese Williams House — Historic Charm in the Heart of Old Town Park City

Step back in time at the Reese Williams House, a beautifully preserved four-bedroom, two-bathroom property listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Tucked just one block from Main Street's shops and restaurants, and under 0.3 miles from the Town Ski Lift into Park City Mountain Resort, this home puts you within walking distance of everything Old Town has to offer.

Step inside to a warm, welcoming living room where a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and seating for five make it easy to settle in after a day on the slopes or exploring town. Just off the living room, the dining area comfortably seats six at the table plus two more at the bar, ideal for group meals and evenings together. The recently renovated kitchen gives home cooks plenty of room to work and everything they need to put together a great meal. Also on the main level: a well decorated bedroom with a queen bed and its own bathroom, plus a covered front porch and gas grill for lazy mornings and outdoor dinners.

Upstairs, you'll find three more bedrooms. A bunk room with two twin beds (and its own in-room washer/dryer) is perfect for kids, while a second bedroom offers a queen bed and a third features a king. These three share a spacious, shared bathroom on the upper level.

Outside, the fun continues in the backyard, where a large deck and a four-person hot tub await under the Park City sky — the perfect way to relax after a day of adventure.

Staying at the Reese Williams House means more than a comfortable place to sleep. It's a chance to experience Park City's history firsthand while enjoying every modern comfort. Reserve your stay today.

Fantastic place. Exactly as advertised. Clean quick and efficient! The WiFi did stop working after day 1 but it wasn’t important to us so we didn’t bother with it. Will be back again!
