Rustic family home on three levels with large welcoming great room. Gather round the roaring fire for a taste of a traditional Park City that is all but lost in today's modern world. The top floor hosts the master suite, with a kingsize bed and large double shower. Enjoy the private balcony with views onto the ski hill and the Silver Star Chairlift. The walkout basement has 2 further bedrooms and common 'den' space with cable TV, private hot tub and family games. Retaining many period features and photos, this large chalet is simply and tastefully decorated, offering both amazing space and location. The new beds, sofas, hot tub and modern plumbing ensure a safe and comfortable stay. The entire chalet is available for use by guests. 3 floors, 2 private balcony's, shared walkway, shared garage and drive way with space for two cars max. Check in and out is super easy and independent. I will be as flexible as I can be depending on other bookings. I live in Park City and am always around to answer questions, but I won't bother you if you don't need me! The Temptation condos are a well kept secret in Park City. Primarily a residential complex, within short walking distance to the base of the Silver Star ski lift area these log chalets are nestled into the side of the mountain. The condo is about 100m walk from the lift (accessible for skiers able to ski blue terrain). The Silver Star cafe and gear shop are also right there and wonderful venues for breakfast, lunch or après ski. In fact it is one of the few places I have found to serve a mulled wine on the menu! What better way to end the afternoon! Alternatively, the shuttle to the mountain runs frequently and stops about 100yds from the condo. Getting to the resort base takes a couple of minutes. Here you will find all the resort activities; ski school, skating rink etc, etc. The shuttle bus stop is steps away providing easy access to everything Park City has to offer. The bus service is free and regular. If you choose to bring a car, there is one spot in the covered garage and one spot in the driveway. The location is great, just a short walk to the free shuttle. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of plates, mugs, silverware and good knives. It is comfortable and clean. Amenities include a wood burning fireplace with lots of wood, a hot tub and garage parking and most impressive was the heated primary bathroom floor! This property is very well maintained, comfortable and communication with host was perfect. Location is wonderful. The lifts close to the property were closed due to lack of snow but the parking lot is a two minute drive or about a 5-10 minute walk. The fireplace and hot tub are both added bonuses. The property at 1570 Crescent Rd was a perfect location. A short walk to the silver star lift from our condo's front door. Our last day of skiing we took the shuttle to the Canyons side and had more great skiing. It's a large mountain with plenty of terrian. The shuttle pick up was just below our condo and it runs through out the city. Pretty easy to navigate. Having a real wood buring fire place is a great way to end a day on the slopes with ample wood supplied. The private hot tub was another plus, it was clean and hot with many nice features.
