Because if you ever wanted to experience the convenience of ski in, ski out, here’s the place to book. It’s right on the mountain, ski down to 5 lifts or a short walk up (300 steps) to ski school or to 2 more lifts, making it the most ideal place to stay for hassle-free access to the slopes for a family or group of friends. This is the Hamilton condo at the Lodge at Mountain Village. There’s so much to enjoy inside and outside this delightful home it’s hard to know where to start. Just know that your hosts will ensure the place is beautifully presented for your arrival and that you receive all the assistance you need throughout your stay, however long you book this luxurious condo. LIVING ROOM / DINING AREA / KITCHEN Open concept living lets you all spend time together as the kitchen flows into the living room and onto the dining area in this upscale condo. Highlights include the 75-inch cable-enabled LED smart TV in the lounge, great for hosting movie nights as you relax after a long day out (and there’s a queen sofa sleeper in here creating more bed space for guests). That gas fireplace is sure to be welcome too, especially if it’s super chilly outside. And you’ll no doubt all be hungry and eager to taste whatever’s being cooked in the kitchen which features appliances aplenty and all the cookware, plates, cutlery and glasses you need to dine in style, all neatly stored away in custom cabinetry that adds real elegance to the space. And you can choose to eat at the granite-topped breakfast bar overlooking the kitchen, or at the opposite end of the open room at the dining table, from where there are great views of the ice rink and ski mountains. As already mentioned, your hosts have recently remodeled the condo, so everything’s newer and it’s really a place where you can all relax and be yourselves. A true oasis of calm amid all the excitement of the resort outside. THE 2 BEDROOMS Days of fresh air will mean you’re ready for bed come nightfall. And your comfortable beds will welcome you to ensure you get all the relaxation you need to recharge and do it all again tomorrow. There’s a brand-new king-size bed in the main suite which also has an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 Full bed's - can sleep 4 small people). All mattresses and bedding are excellent quality, in keeping with everything else in the condo. Both bedrooms have their own LED TVs too, so if you don’t like what’s showing in the living area, you can watch what you want in your bedroom. That ought to save a few arguments! THE 2 BATHROOMS Your aching muscles are sure to appreciate the chance of a relaxing soak in the tub, and you have the option to shower if you’re in more of a hurry. The lockers are just downstairs and immediately adjacent to the ski mountain. EASY ACCESS TO THE SLOPES There’s simply no need to load your car each day and get stuck in traffic on your way to the parking lots to go skiing. Just take the elevator down from your condo, grab your helmets, skis etc. from the lockers and ski down to the chair lift. And at the end of the day do it all in reverse. It couldn’t be easier! That’s the real value and beauty of staying in this ski-in, ski-out home. ACCESS TO THE LODGE AT MOUNTAIN VILLAGE COMPLEX Here’s another big benefit of staying here - access to a Resort complex brimming with excellent restaurants and bars, coffees shops, the best equipment rental shops, incredible professional specialists and tune shops, great clothing retailers, Rocky Mountain Chocolate factory, and two small convenience stores. The Wildlings childcare facility is located inside our building. There’s even an ice rink with lights and a mountain backdrop which you can see from the condo - it’s a great place to glide around and take photos to share with jealous friends and family back home. You can also take a dip in the indoor pool AND outdoor heated pools, and there are indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis, plus a free fitness center with cardio and weights, plus a downstairs sauna. FULL ACCESS It’s access all areas when it comes to the condo. The whole property will be exclusively yours for the duration of your booking. SKI-IN, SKI-OUT It’s worth mentioning again that this is a genuine Ski In Ski Out condo right on the mountainside. Just collect your ski gear from the lockers and head out to the slopes. We are located just steps from the ski school and 5 different ski lifts. You can dash in the middle of the day to grab a bite or warm up!. The location and convenience can not be beat. Parking is so easy and everyone loves the indoor outdoor pool and hot tub. This property has great owners who are very easy to communicate with. We had a fabulous spring break ski trip! The condo is a true ski in/out location, very clean and well kept and appointed. Ski rentals right downstairs made it a breeze for those who didn’t bring their own equipment. We chose to rent a car for convenience and the garage was easy and comfortable. We had the trip of a lifetime! This location couldn’t have been better. Steps from the slopes and right by the ski school and equipment rental (in the building). The furnishings were great and the views were awesome. The window overlooks a super cute ice skating rink plus you can watch skiers coming down the mountain. We made use of the gym, pool and hot tub. It was so helpful to have a washer dryer in the unit, and we appreciated how the unit had tons of things for convenience: detergents, coffee, shampoo and conditioner and soap. The location right on the mountain made everything effortless — it was so easy to get everywhere, whether we wanted to ski, explore town, or grab a bite to eat. The condo itself was warm, comfortable, and beautifully kept. The mountain activities are truly the best — from skiing and ice skating to relaxing in the warm pools or steam room, everything is just steps away. Our family of five had a great time in Park City and staying here at this unit! The location can’t be beat, especially with little kids who had ski school in the mornings just next door! There were great restaurants and cafes within close walking distance and a fun vibe at Mountain Village! The owners communicated well and were responsive and helpful! The unit was cozy and the kids loved the bunk bed! We wished that their bedroom had blackout curtains since it was hard for them to sleep with it being so light outside in the evenings. But I found a large blanket that we hung over the curtain rod that kind of remedied the situation temporarily. Also, the glass blocks between the two bedrooms prevented us from being in our bedroom with the light on while the kids slept, or else they’d wake up, so just know that going in. If there were little drapes that could cover that, that would have been super helpful too! Pool towels are not provided in the unit, but they had ample regular towels you could use. And having the washer/dryer was very useful! Thanks for a lovely stay! ##### Julie C. The location was perfect for our kids (ages 7 & 9) to hit the slopes without lugging ski equipment around all week. Condo is very nice with all the cooking equipment you would need to make meals in the unit. Kids loved the bunk beds and we enjoyed them having their own bathroom. Washing machine was an added bonus. I can't stress enough how convenient this condo is located-and is the only property at the base of the mountain. As a first time visitor to Park City to ski, the condo is steps from EVERYTHING you need: restaurants, ski rental, ski school. Not sure about you, but traveling with kids made the location even more appreciated. We were easily the firsts on the mountain every morning without having to bus it, or look for parking. We didn't even rent a car! We ate breakfast in the condo, skied all morning, came back for lunch and skied the afternoon. Or walked to town, or the restaurants, or the ice rink that is right outside your window. We had a wonderful trip! Also the condo is incredibly clean, well stocked, and has plenty of storage.
