There was ongoing communication, reminder e-mails, a phone call prior to check-in all contributing to the anticipation of our stay. The check-in process couldn't have been easier. The accommodations were welcoming and comfortable. Everything you could need was available. My only regret was not being able to stay longer but we had to continue our roadtrip. It was very convenient to stores and restaurants. The drive in to the ski areas was only about 20 minutes at the 8:30 AM peak period. The option to park outside worked well for us too since we had a larger SUV.
