Charming Stone Home in Deer Valley.

You will love this awesome home that is located within walking distance to Historic Main Street, or the stop for the free bus to Deer Valley. This home has 3 bedrooms, and 3 full baths. The home is on a large double wide lot, and the house has a spacious great room with lots of areas for gatherings or privacy, a media room, and full dining area. The huge kitchen is great for creating special dinners, and bringing out your inner chef. There is tandem garage parking for 2 vehicles, along with ski storage. The spacious master has a king bed with a sitting area, and a large ensuite bathroom with a vintage tub, and separate shower.

If you love being close to everything you will love this property. The home feels light and airy with great natural light, and lots of space for you and your guests to congregate. With this comfortable environment, you will be sure to enjoy your mountain vacation.

It's easy to stay with us. You can drive straight to your rental and access the house with your unique lock code. A week prior to your arrival, we will send you directions and home instructions. We are available 24 hours a day with live help.

We follow local/state tax rules. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, and a cleaning fee.

What to be aware of:
Homeowners have a lockout apartment above with a private access that they use on occasion. A separate/additional garage parking space is also used by the owner unless a conflict with your stay.

Great place to stay

The house is beautiful and comfortable, and the location can't be beat. Our children absolutely loved it. Our only issue was that we thought we were renting an entire house, but there was a third story above us occupied by someone else. This surprised us, and when we arrived that person was actually wandering through our rental (our children saw them through the window). This really scared and unnerved our children, because they worried someone else was hiding in the house. We messaged the property owner, and they quickly responded (excellent communication) explaining the situation, and it ended up being fine.

Perfect location

House well appointed.. Curtis was prompt in response. House was close (walking distance) to the town center. Would highly recommend!
