One Empire Pass, next to the Silver Strike Express chairlift, features private

residences offering two, three or four bedrooms designed to capture the

expansive views. With open, spacious kitchens and living areas, showcasing the

latest contemporary features, most residences are accessed by a private

elevator door. Guests enjoy the relaxing outdoor living spaces, including

over-sized, infinity-edged spa pools and two levels of family recreational and

social amenities.



Residence 105 master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bathroom. The

bathroom has a large walk-in shower, tub and double sink. The second bedroom

has two queen beds. The bathroom has a combined shower and tub with double

sink. This residence also has a full kitchen, fireplace and streaming device.



This residence is managed by Deer Valley Resort.
