Residence 30 master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bathroom. There is a

fireplace in the master bedroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and jetted

tub.



The second bedroom has a queen bed, a fireplace, and patio access. The

bathroom has a combined shower and tub. The third bedroom has a king bed, a

fireplace, and patio access. The bathroom has a combined shower and tub. The

fourth bedroom has a twin bed with trundle and two twin bunk beds with
