**SITUATED MID-MOUNTAIN AT DEER VALLEY RESORT**



Typically, these three-bedroom condominiums feature a fully equipped kitchen,

fireplace, complimentary wireless Internet, washer and dryer, private outdoor

hot tub and private garage. The Ridge condominiums are located about one-

quarter of a mile from Silver Lake Village and just two blocks from the free

Park City Transit route. Complimentary in-town transportation, provided by

Cadillac, offers access to the resort and Park City's Historic Main Street.



The Ridge 16 first bedroom, on the upper level, has a queen bed with en suite

bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, jetted tub and a double sink. The

second bedroom, on the lower level, has a twin trundle bed with en suite

bathroom. The bathroom has a combination shower and tub and a double sink. The

third bedroom, on the lower level, has a queen bed with en suite bathroom. The

bathroom has a combination shower and tub and a double sink. The residence has

an additional half bathroom on the main level. This residence also has a full

kitchen, two patios, fireplace, grill, private hot tub, private single car

garage and DVD player.
