It is just over a mile to Deer Valley Resort, almost two miles to Park City Mountain Resort and 0.3 miles to the shuttle stops Sunspot Bus Stop and Shorty's Stairs. In addition, you will be close to everything the Old Town area has to offer: world class restaurants, shopping and recreation opportunities! This two-level condo has 1,757 square feet, three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms to comfortably accommodated up to eight people. You will enter the home either through the garage or front door, and then into the great room that holds the living room, kitchen and dining area — with lovely hardwood flooring throughout. Living Room: This space offers mountain contemporary furnishings, a Smart TV with cable programming, and a warm gas fireplace. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a Bosch glass top electric stovetop in the center island, granite counters and the kitchen bar has seating for three. If you have more then two cars you will have issues parking at the house. There is public parking near by for an added cost. Getting back from the mountain is the absolute worst as it takes 2 hours or you have to walk and it’s about a 30 min walk up hill the whole way! So plan for this if you’re staying here. Had to carefully time showers and laundry for family of 5\. Furniture in the family room area isn’t the most comfortable for relaxing after a long day of skiing, especially with the tv placement. Didn’t use the shower in the bunk room bc the door wouldn’t slide, but still had 2 other showers to use. Also, could use a few more kitchen items, mostly storage containers.
