Nice for a Couple

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and had a good amount of space for my husband and me. It is a nice mile walk on the bike / walking trail to historic Main Street, and the buses are free and located near the property as well.

Great stay for 2 adult families

The bottom floor is like a second suite and allows for alot of privacy; we allowed our son & wife and new baby to have the whole downstairs and we took the upstairs smaller bedroom. The location was convenient and the space was great for our needs.

Overall we had a wonderful stay! The bed was comfortable, very clean, loved having two full bathrooms, and the furnishings were nice! The location is fantastic - even for walking we were able to get to SBUX in a few minutes, as well as Walgreens or a full grocery store. One of the days was exceptionally warm in Park City and we found on that day (and only that day) it was difficult to cool down the bedroom down at night.

We stayed here during the summer, and while the location is great, and overall it met our needs, the only thing was that the bed was very uncomfortable, and it was hot in the main bedroom. There is an A/C unit in the living room area, but nothing to cool off the main bedroom. There is a tower fan which we used to channel the cool air from the main living area into the bedroom, but only 2 of the 3 fans were working, so it was not as effective as it could have been. The bathrooms were also in need of a refresh as the bath/shower and toilet were pretty old. Overall, though, it was a decent value, and we still made memories regardless of these minor things.

Clean and convenient condo in great area close to everything. description was accurate. Excellent choice for a couple walking distance to many options. Only suggestions is to offer a couple inexpensive foam pillows for those requiring more support than the soft, fluffy kind. Also, please provide a few more hangers than the four in the closet. Overall, a great place!
