Each of the bedrooms ensures privacy and comfort for all guests. Two bedrooms feature plush king beds, two offer cozy queen beds, a den offers a place of seclusion for two, and a thoughtfully designed bunk room is ideal for younger guests or larger groups, making this home perfect for families and friends.

WHAT TO KNOW  
\- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  
\- The maximum occupancy is 12 people.  
\- The maximum number of cars at the property is 4.  
\- This home could allow up to one dog with final approval from InvitedHome. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. All details need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. The pet cleaning fee is $150 per animal and the pet rental fee is $50/night per animal. Pet fees will be added to the reservation after approval and are non-refundable.  
  
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING  
\- Reservation will be confirmed once the required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.  
\- Half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.  
\- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.  
\- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.  
\- Stays greater than thirty (30) nights are non-refundable. The Reservation Team will reach out to schedule additional cleaning and process payment.
