Located on Main Street in Park City, this spacious two bedroom villa sleeps up to eight people and is a true ski-in-ski-out property. Ideally located near Park City Mountain Town Lift, where you can enjoy shops restaurants, and plenty of year-round outdoor activities nearby. Some activities include Park City Alpine Slide, fly-fishing, mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing, and even golf. Some fun things for the family nearby are Discovery Gateway Children's Museum, Hogle Zoo, and Utah Olympic Park.

Enjoy property amenities such as a heated indoor/outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, game room and multiple restaurants right outside the resort. A gym, business center, mini-market, BBQ grills, and fire pits are also available to guests at the property. There are family activities planned daily, and a kid's activity center where they can enjoy art, snacks, and a kid's night in (fee). The property also has a ski valet and ski storage for all your equipment. If you plan to rent ski gear, there is a vendor onsite that will give you 25% off for staying at Marriott Summit Watch.
This spacious one bedroom villa features a king bed and a sleeper sofa to sleep up to four guests. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower. The spacious living area features a sleeper sofa, TV, small work desk, and large windows that can be opened to enjoy the weather. The space also features a full kitchen (full refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cookware, and utensils) and a separate dining area with a table for up to six guests. The villa has a washer & dryer, iron & board, and security safe for your convenience.

Your stay includes access to the resort’s amenities, ensuring relaxation and convenience throughout your visit. Take a dip in the heated pool, unwind in the hot tubs, stay active in the fitness facility, or enjoy on-site family activities. Additional amenities and experiences are available to make your getaway even more enjoyable.

The Park Silly Sunday Market takes place on Main Street every Sunday for 15 weeks during the summer months (June - September). Park Silly is an eco-friendly, open air, artist market, street festival and community forum. During this time, please enter the resort from Deer Valley Drive.

Please be advised that the resort is undergoing enhancements to the Activities Center as well as villa refurbishment in select buildings. This work is taking place Sept. 2026 to Nov. 2026, and again from Apr. 2027 to Jun. 2027. Please anticipate construction noise and intermittent closures of elevators during this time.
