Offering quality amenities and features, Park City Parkite 23 is a remarkable luxury condo. At the top of the list is the location right on Park City's Historic Main Street letting you enjoy the ambiance of the town. You will be near all of Park City's world-class dining, shopping, and exciting nightlife. Take the free Main Street Trolley to quickly ride down to Park City Town Lift; or jump on the free bus to Deer Valley Resort and many other wonderful area destinations.

Featuring one-level, this property offers 1,400 square feet, two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms to sleep up to six guests in comfort.

From the underground garage entrance, an elevator provides access to the second-floor condo's door. (There is also additional access to the building from Main Street.)

Once inside, you will find a stunning great room featuring the living room, dining area and kitchen, all with hardwood floors.

Living Room: Features modern furnishings, a Smart TV with Apple TV, a cozy gas fireplace, and lovely views. Out on the deck you will find a private hot tub.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances, and a waterfall, quartz-counter center island with bar seating.

Dining area: The dining space offers a café style high-top table and seating for four.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Grand Master Suite— King bed, warm gas fireplace, deck access and the en suite bathroom has a dual faucet sink, a soaking tub and a separate shower.

Bedroom 2 — Two full size beds and the private bath offers dual stone counter sinks and a tub/shower combination.

Patio: Take advantage of the fresh mountain air and views from the expansive private patio that overlooks Main Street.

Beautiful condo on Main St in Park City

The condo was perfect for our family of 4 on a ski vacation. We stayed 4 nights, and it had everything we needed - well stocked kitchen, designated parking garage spot, washer/dryer, a private hot tub. The condo is beautiful, and we’d definitely stay here again.

Property was in excellent condition and very comfortable. Furniture / furnishings were in almost new condition. Property felt bigger than the pictures show. This property will now become one of our favorites when we visit Park City.

Great property, exceptional location

This rental unit was exactly as described. My family was very satisfied with our stay and especially enjoyed the Main Street location. The private parking accommodations were an excellent benefit to this rental, and the building amenities are nice. Only suggestion for the property is that it would be nice to have a second TV in one of the bedrooms, in addition to the primary TV in the living room area. Thanks for offering this exceptional property, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here!
