I have to say that Bear Hollow was by far at the top of our list. Kris was easy to deal with. The views were spectacular and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. It was great that the kids had their own area to watch tv and play this allowed to adults to have grown up conversations with minimum interruptions. Both hot tubs were a hit. The biggest plus was allowing more than 4 vehicles. Other homes in the area have a maximum of 4 vehicles and was strictly enforced. With a group of 20 we needed more space for parking. The location makes it easy to drive to the Canyons lot and access the slopes (4 people equals free parking at the top Canyons lot). Beautiful home in a central location with easy access to downtown Park City and nearby hikes and resorts. Jason the prop manager was really easy to work with and very responsive! We have a large group that has been doing an annual trip for 14 years and this house fit us great. It has new or looks brand new carpet throughout and finished well. Kitchen and dinning was perfect for our group. Everyone enjoyed the bedroom and bathroom configuration with great beds and linens. Location is great for access to the canyons. We absolutely loved our time in the house and never once felt like it was overcrowded. The proximity to activities, stores, and the airport cannot be beat. Spread out space good for large groups. We had a private chef and able to accommodate 10 guests. Heated floors were neat but house gets hot at night with no heating on.
