The driveway and street were cleared of the frequent, significant amount of snow exceptionally well - we never had an issue driving or walking to the bus. Everything functioned well but getting heat to the lower level bedrooms without cooking the upper levels was tricky. A couple of maintenance/cleanliness issues: 1) The largest issue was with the dishwasher; which would never finish running (rinsing) unless you literally turned power to it off (leaving water standing in the bottom of the dishwasher - it never drains). 2) The drain in the upstairs bathroom tub was crazy slow (nothing worse than taking a shower in 3" of water after the first minute). 3) The entire condo was very dusty when we arrived. 4) It did not look like the carpet in the main living room had been vacuumed before we arrived (as evidenced by finding a used small halogen insertable prong lightbulb on the floor when somebody stepped on it).
