Situated on a quiet side street, Aspen Grove Condominium is a perfect retreat for your summer or Winter vacation. "Green House" condo is located by stair access on the top level of the building boasting phenomenal mountain views. After an active day, soothe your weary muscles in your private hot tub located on the front deck. This three- level features a spacious 1733 square foot with 3-bedrooms (the main bedroom is a separated private loft) and 2 bathrooms that easily accommodates 8\. Kitchen: Start your day in the kitchen, perfect for making a quick snack before hitting the Slopes or the mountain-bike trails or preparing a gourmet dinner at the days end. You will enjoy all the top-of-the-line appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware, and cookware you expect from a luxury residence. It's a 3 bedroom but the master is actually a loft with no door. The master is not open to the lower / main level like a typical loft, but there is no door at the top of the stairs to the master bedroom. Property manager is very responsive and helpful. Location is great - walkable to Main Street or Deer Valley (Snow Park area). One item to note, stairs from garage to unit are very steep and a bit narrow - if anyone in the party has mobility challenges, this could be an issue. The only fly in the ointment was the lack of toilet paper and the lack of airflow to the guest and kids bedrooms. The rental is clearly geared toward the winter season with heaters galore. If you are renting in summer on the main floor, you probably need to understand how to use fans to keep everything cool. In addition, having only minimal toilet paper available was a bit of a disappointment. We had to purchase two additional rolls of TP. One we were forced to use. The other we’ve retained to commentate our experience . Lovely in most aspects, but lacking in overheated summer air to guest bedrooms and access to toilet paper. ##### Lori B.
