You will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms within 1181 square feet, to comfortably accommodate 7 guests. Less than a 5 minute walk up hill behind the condo, you can access all that Park City Mountain has to offer, which is what we did. While I would have liked to have had a balcony for our summer trip, I think this 3rd floor condo would be absolutely perfect in the winter when you want to come in and get warm by the fire. This property had numerous things wrong with it and they might seem trivial but they all add up: 1\. Not enough towels 2\. Poor wifi 3\. Beds were not comfortable 4\. stair case was broken and a major liability for young kids, asked maintenance to fix it but no improvement 5\. hair dryer was broken 6\. poor water pressure in shower 7\. not enough kitchen supplies 8\. one of the beds was not made when we got there, one of the beds is in the living room. The only benefit to this place was the location of the unit. It was an easy walk to the slopes. But for the cost I believe we deserved better accommodations. Clean with a great updated kitchen. My kids loved the spiral staircase and bunk beds.
