The host and property manager are extremely helpful and responsive. The house is exactly how it is described. The house is immaculate and clean. We feel safe during the pandemic times. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with top quality appliances, cookware and silverware. We also like the backyard with plenty of room for our son to play after skiing. Lots of board games to enjoy as well. The garage fits a full size SUV and the driveway can fit another one. Deer Valley Resort and Park City Resort are just minutes away and we walked to restaurants on the Main Street, Park City in less than 7 min every night for dinner. You can easily walk to Main St for shopping and dining or walk in the opposite direction to hit some hiking or snowshoeing trails (or sledding for that matter). The home is perfectly stocked with all of the kitchen items you may need. There’s also plenty of extra blankets, travel sized toiletries, snow shovels, paper products, and wood for the fireplace. The property manager, Kollin, is fantastic and very responsive. He even went out of his way to fulfill our request of a Christmas tree for the house. In total, we had 6 guests in our group and we found the home to be plenty spacious for all of us. The 3 bedrooms are a great size and are very clean and comfortable (same for the bathrooms). The owners truly have left no stone unturned with this property! We would return in a heartbeat! ##### Kelly T. Fantastic location. The home was extremely well appointed with all the necessities then some. Felt like home as soon as we all walked in. We had Deer daily by the back door. A few hundred yards from downtown which is a great walk. Property manager communication was great with easy check in and check out procedures. Highly recommended. ##### Ken B. The rental was amazing - clean, well stocked, felt just like home. The beds were comfortable and the family room was so warm and inviting. We were close to everything. The neighborhood was pretty quiet considering it's near Main Street. The owner and property manager were easy to reach when we had questions.
