Welcome to our non-smoking downstairs condo on Deer Valley Drive. We can host 5 guests comfortably. We have a very comfy Twin XL air mattress for a 6th person.
Deer Valley consistently gets high praise from SKI Magazine... groom to zoom, we're waiting to share it with you.
This condo is our second home, and it is outfitted to make it feel like yours, too.

Hot tub: Private. Soak long and savor the view.

Garage: Private, 1-car.
Accommodates vehicles up to the size of a KIA Telluride SUV. (If you're parking a vehicle of this size in the garage, passengers will be more comfortable exiting the vehicle before you pull in.)

View: Amazing! Our view is a constant nudge to be moved by nature's beauty. We're front row on Deer Valley Dr. with a view across the ponds to Royal St. and Deer Valley Resort's lower runs from the dining table and hot tub.

Shuttle Info: The private Deer Valley shuttle vans are complimentary. They stop across the street in front of our property.
Options: the complimentary Park City and High Valley buses that also stop across the street in front of our property. Getting around Deer Valley and Park City could not be any easier.

Park City Info: 1 mile down Deer Valley Drive is Park City's historic Main Street where you'll find a delightful array of world-class dining, boutiques, clubs, and art galleries. The Egyptian Theater is a Sundance landmark and showcases live music and theater.

Spring break

Deer valley ski retreat

We had a great stay. The home was conveniently located right on the bus route. It was well stocked and had a great floor plan. The owner was very easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

Deanna was an amazing host. Responsive, friendly, and above & beyond with the local info making the trip run so smoothly. Property was clean with a great layout. The location was perfect ...so easy to get to both Snow Park Lodge Main Street. Loved the mountain views from the hot tub! High recommendations and would return in a heartbeat!

Amazing Stay!

Excellent location and outstanding host

It was our first time skiing Deer Valley as a family. The host went out of her way to accommodate us and make sure we had a great time. We cooked a lot in the well-stocked kitchen. The location is so convenient for access to Snow Park Lodge. Everything was clean and cozy after a long day on the slopes!

Perfect Deer Valley condo

Great 2 bedroom condo with super easy access to Now Park Lodge. This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Great views of the mountain from the hot tub.

Another great trip...

This is our favorite place to stay in Park City. D&P are always great hosts and you can't beat the location. Close to the Deer Valley base (by bus or walk) and easy to get to Main Street or Park City Mountain as well. We have stayed here for 3 years straight and looking forward to the next time.

Perfect location, excellent stay

The condo was clean, comfortable and welcoming. My co-worker and I felt right at home. Bonus points: The free bus to Main Street stops right in front of the property, but you can also walk to Main Street if you want some fresh air. Additionally, we were in town for an event at The Lodges Deer Valley, which was no more than a 3 minute walk down the sidewalk. Excellent location all around.

Perfect place

We loved the place! It was perfect size and setup for us (2 adults, 3 kids), the location was great, the bus/walk was easy, large living room space and perfectly sized bedrooms. The hosts were excellent and checked on us repeatedly through our stay to make sure everything was going OK. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Great condo in Deer Valley

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. Great location, close to the Deer Valley Cafe/grocery and right across the street from a shuttle stop. The kitchen was very well appointed and the entire condo was very nice and well kept up. The beds were very comfortable. Great place to stay in Deer Valley.

Deer Valley Ski Get-Away

The home was lovely. Equipped with everything you could need. The owners were very nice and quick to respond when we had questions. The location to the slopes was prefect. Will definitely stay again.

Great ski trip condo!

The condo at Chaparral was fantastic! Beautifully remodeled with gorgeous, updated furniture and decor. Less than 2 minutes to the entrance of Snow Park. Owners Deanna and Peter were a pleasure to work with and helpful with all aspects of our trip. We would absolutely stay there again!

Short Ski Weekend

Spent long weekend skiing in Deer Valley. This unit was perfect for family of 4. Great location. Deanna was extremely easy to deal with. Just wish we could stay longer

Perfect condo for our young family!

Perfectly sized and located condo for our family of four, including jacuzzi for after skiing, open area for snow play, and quick bus ride to ski school at Snow Park Lodge. We loved the kitchen, three TVs, comfortable beds and furniture. The owners, Deanna and Peter, are quick to communicate and extremely helpful. Will stay here again next year!

Great location, all updated and very friendly owners!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. It is all updated and and within a 2 minute shuttle ride to Snow Park lodge for skiing at Deer Valley. The hot tub was a great way to relax after skiing, and Park City restaurants were only a few minutes away! We would absolutely come back!

Great condo!

Condo was clean, updated, well equipped and very comfortable. Very convenient to Deer Valley base via free shuttle. Loved having our own hot tub on the deck. Owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this unit!
