We had 8 adults staying in the space and there was plenty of room for us all. The hosts were very proactive, the townhouse was as advertised, and it was exactly what we were looking for. You can't beat the location to Park City Mountain Village and town--both very walkable. We were able to get around easily without a car and were very happy with our stay. The location was within a relative short walk to the ski lifts; the only draw back were the steps down to the road which were icy and in poor condition. (not the landlords responsibility)There was a good response from the property manager to our call for some additional house keeping supplies. I would definitely stay here again. A couple issues: 1) hot tub is very dated and needs to be replaced; 3/4 of jets (like 12 total jets) work but falling apart. It looks like a "box store special" hot tub. 2) Needs new paint job, crude in corners of walls and ceilings, especially in bathrooms. 3) Water pressure is terrible. 4) Blood on comforter wasn't pleasant, cleaning crew needs to do better. The living area was comfortable but the layout of the couch didn’t take advantage of the view of the mountains and there was only one chair on the front deck. No chairs out back with the hot tub and grill either. The kitchen had plenty of large sized pots and pans. Could use a spaghetti server and a few other gadgets/storage containers for those that like to cook and serve. A night light or two would be helpful. Not sure about the free ski rental. The host was very accomdating, even though we had a blackout due to the storm, the host kept in constant communication and even offered to buy additional lights while the power was out. The place was clean and well maintained. It was very close to the mountain resort, but the residence is located on a hill, that makes for a fun walk after a hard day of skiing. Be sure to use the place recommended so you can store your equipment which made it much easier on the walk to and from the ski resort. ##### Jeff M. We had a ladybug infestation on our second day in the Master bedroom and bathroom and they also got in our luggage which was a bummer. We were not able to use the fireplace during our stay because the remote could not be found anywhere we were told to look. Also, no kitchen garbage bags were provided or coffee grounds. It's a beautiful home and Dori was very friendly and tried to be responsive to our needs.
