Well appointed condo literally steps from Park City Mountain Resort and very close to clubhouse. Lots of natural light and plenty of space for our family (2 adults, 3 teens). Comfortable beds. My only note is that it would have been helpful to know that oversized vehicles cannot fit in the parking garage. We arrived later in the evening and had to scramble to figure out an alternative as there is no on-street parking allowed in the condo complex. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.
Our family had a great time at Three Kings. Perfect family getaway.

Three Kings was a great spot for our family ski vacation. It was a perfect location with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We would gladly stay here again. Thanks for hosting us.
Our family stayed at Three Kings for a week in Jan '26 and had an absolutely great time. The condo is in an excellent location, only a 3 min walk to the First Timer lift, and 8 mins to the base, next to Payday and Crescent lifts. The condo was very comfortable, clean, and plenty of room for us to all spread out. The clubhouse around the corner had a nice outdoor pool and hot tub (we used the hot tub after skiing each night), along with a fireplace, ping pong, and a workout room. The location is also very close to the local grocery store and a short drive or walk to historic downtown Park City for dining and shopping. Another additional benefit was the free ski rental for each night that we were there - we used Ski & See for our rentals and they were super friendly and easy to work with. We would recommend these condos to others, and plan to stay there again in the future.

This condo is a very short walk to the First Time lift which can be used to access other lifts. Underground parking. Well equipped kitchen. Close to a grocery store and dining options.
Great location in well stocked and comfortable condo. Used the free ski rental and discounted shuttle through Xplorie. Once we figured out the bus app, getting around on the green and blue free PC bus service was great. Easy access to downtown, Thaynes Canyon and DeerValley. Only used Uber once ( late, cold and snowing). Excellent place and reasonably priced.
The place was exactly as promised. Location is perfect. Bus stop is exactly outside the door. Parking is protected. No electricity in case you have an electric car. Host was fantastic. And I don’t usually say that.
Excellent location for walking to just about anything and bus stop right out the door. Comfortable condo with ample space for 4-6 people. Some things could use an update (master bath - tub/shower & faucet not in great condition), need better pillows and sofa is pretty worn - not comfortable for sitting any length of time); but overall a great place to stay. Full kitchen is a huge plus for being able to cook/eat in. This was second time staying in one of the Three Kings Condos and would choose again.
The text method of communicating was very easy. I got responses to questions within a few minutes. Even late in the afternoon.
The space is very nice. Lots of room, all the kitchen gadgets we needed. This is right next to the trails at park city and we enjoyed our stay.
Very cozy condo at the base of the slopes. The kitchen had everything we needed. Easy access to the lifts with a short walk. Great location to the slopes, grocery store and close enough to main st to walk.
This location is very close to the slopes. No need to catch shuttle you can just walk a half block to the beginners slopes and up a short hill to PayDay. I always look for locations when I can take a quick break in the middle of the day and this location was great for that. The beds were very comfortable as well and plenty of room to hang out.
The property is a great location for a ski trip. The area with the Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts is a 5 minute walk. It was easy to return by the condo for lunch and get back out skiing. Ground floor access is nice with no stairs to climb. The underground parking space is helpful if you have a car. Inside everything is as advertised. Overall it is a very comfortable place to stay in Park City.
