Used the free ski rental and discounted shuttle through Xplorie. Once we figured out the bus app, getting around on the green and blue free PC bus service was great. Easy access to downtown, Thaynes Canyon and DeerValley. Only used Uber once ( late, cold and snowing). Excellent place and reasonably priced. ##### David S. Comfortable condo with ample space for 4-6 people. Some things could use an update (master bath - tub/shower & faucet not in great condition), need better pillows and sofa is pretty worn - not comfortable for sitting any length of time); but overall a great place to stay. No need to catch shuttle you can just walk a half block to the beginners slopes and up a short hill to PayDay. The area with the Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts is a 5 minute walk. It was easy to return by the condo for lunch and get back out skiing. Ground floor access is nice with no stairs to climb. The condo is less than a five min walk to the lift. Perfect location! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. Including a crock pot. Plenty of towels. The entire crew enjoyed the stay at this condo. It is conveniently located to PC Ski area - a 10 - 15 minute walk to the main lift. It would have been helpful to have a "visitors guide" with bus, restaurant and grocery store info as well as general area information. The only complaint is we did not have any toilet paper (1/4 roll) or trash bags to haul out trash (as requested by the property manager). Kitchen had lots of utensils and there were plenty of towels. Hot Tub and Pool are a short walk through the snow but really nice and spacious (there is also a Sauna). Washer and Dryer in the unit are brand new. downside is that the unit shows it’s age, the linens were paper-thin, dust on most surfaces, and annoyingly so, there were a bunch of personal items left behind in the condo by the owners (bikes in the middle of the hallway, stack of framed pictures in one of the bedrooms). Walls to neighboring condos are really thin and we could hear the parties next door. In summary, good experience. ##### Ludwik B. The unit was as described and the location was better than we expected. It's a shorter walk to the Eagle lift than from most of the parking spaces in the adjacent lot. These units are not new but are maintained well. We've done many rentals around Park City and other resorts so we're impressed when we see a well stocked kitchen with a shiny new coffee maker, etc. We made use of the hot tub which is close by though not at the unit itself. The clubhouse and changing facilities make it easy to change after a swim or hot tub session so you don't have to make the wet, cold walk back to your condo. The development also seems to have an on-call staff if any issues arise. It's also a short walk to a number of shops and restaurants. In good weather it'd be a nice walk to main St. from the condo. We have rented condos all around Park City and at other resorts. We were very impressed with the combination of location, amenities, and level of service included. These units are not new but, other than a few small things, you can tell they are maintained well. We were impressed that the coffee maker and other small appliances seemed new. The beds were comfortable and the unit came with an abundance of extra pillows, blankets, and towels. The location is better than we expected. It is a shorter walk to the Eagle Lift than you'd have from much of the adjacent parking lot. The hot tub and pool are a quick walk away and having the showers and changing area right there make it so you don't have to spend time outside while wet on your way back to the unit. It's also very close to Park Ave and would be a healthy walk to the Main St area. We'd rent it again. ##### jeff k.
