Recommendations: owners invest in higher quality cleaning chemicals that are hospital grade disinfectants vs "natural" knowing it's shared spaces for general population vs home use. It was tricky to see sign from main road due to a large tree to pull into complex. We would have liked using the bus to go to Main Street but it was a quick trip so didn’t try that. The owner was very professional and quick to respond. I took a star off because there wasn’t central air conditioning. I’ve been to Park City a lot and never had this situation arise. There were thermostats, I’m assuming for the furnace? There were 2 mobile air conditioners that you have to open the door quite a bit to work. I didn’t feel comfortable with sliding doors open. They had 2 units so unfortunately half of our company was stuck in the 2 remaining rooms without air. It got up to 88\. We have a hard time sleeping in the heat….we had fans going and windows open at night. This probably doesn’t affect most people just wanted to warn about hot summertime weather. This is a solid choice for staying in PC. Close to the bus stop for an easy ride to the city center. East access to many great skiing options. The condo is well stocked with all the items and spices you would need to cook meals. All the bedrooms had quality linens and extra blankets for added comfort. We had a really nice stay here! The condo is fully stocked with everything we needed. There is a bus stop is right out front which was very convenient. The only drawback is that there is another unit above, and there are wood floors and no soundproofing so you can easily hear every noise.
