Stunning views, nicely updated! This recently updated all-season condo is a spacious and airy unit at approximately 1800 square feet in size on two levels with three bedrooms and majestic views! The upper entry level has a great room with hardwood floors encompassing the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The views from this great room sweep 180 degrees across the Deer Valley and Park City Resorts’ ski slopes - you'll feel like you're on top of the world while getting cozy by the fireplace! On this level there is a charming small bedroom with a queen bed (the “Captain’s Room") with all these same breathtaking views. The Captain’s Room also has a “free library” if you find yourself snowed in or just needing a good book to read. From the living room there is access to an upper deck with a gas grill and a high table with 4 stools – a great place for alfresco dining during the summer or an après ski debrief while enjoying the wintertime sunsets. Down one flight of stairs you will find two bedroom suites. Just outside the primary bedroom is a nice deck area with a private hot tub from which you can also enjoy the surrounding mountain views! When you're ready to head to the mountain, the Sterling lift at Deer Valley Resort (serving skiers in the winter and mountain bikers in the summer) is a short 5-minute walk via a sidewalk which is plowed religiously during the winter. Not a walk to do in your ski boots! You can rent a locker or store your shoes in the boot valet but both are 20 a day.- The check-in instructions could have been a little more clear, the front of the unit is on a different street than the address, it was a bit confusing.- The "Captains Room" is very small, just enough room for the door to open and step in. 90% of the room is filled by the built in bed and bookcase.- There was a small issue with cleanliness, mainly in the kitchen, some items like the coffee maker and some dishes/storage items were not clean. And the pillow cases in one of the rooms smelled bad, maybe the pillow cases weren't changed? I did email the property manager about this but never got a response. ##### Peter L.
