LOCATION The property is ideally located in the Town Pointe condominium development on Park Avenue, the most desirable address in Old Town Park City. It’s just an easy one block, level sidewalk stroll to the Town Lift and two blocks to Main Street. Park City Mountain ski access, world-class dining, shopping and entertainment right at your doorstep. Plus, the city-wide complimentary bus shuttle stops right at the building entrance for easy transfer to Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village and virtually anywhere in town. The bunk room has a detached bath also accessible from the foyer that leads to the main living area. The living room has a 60” tv with soundbar, Xfinity HD cable with DVR capabilities, Blu-ray player, plus Apple TV. Guests can connect to the soundbar and play music via personal streaming platforms.
