Our cozy townhouse has a fantastic location and everything you will need to make your stay memorable. First, the free bus stop is located only steps away at the base of the townhouse. The bus will take you in two minutes to Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge to catch the Carpenter or Silver Lake Express lifts for a wonderful day of skiing. If you prefer Park City, take the bus the other way to be dropped off at Lowell Ave or the Historic Main Street in just a few minutes for skiing, restaurants and shopping. It is a seven minute walk down Deer Valley Drive to get to the Historic Main Street. After spending the day skiing, return to relax on the comfy couch with a glass of wine in front of the fireplace on the main level or relax your muscles in the private hot tub on the back patio. Our townhouse, Greyhawk #9, is a luxury town home with two master bedrooms and two and a half baths, furnished for your comfort. We have a Samsung 55' LED flat screen HDTV on the main level for your enjoyment. We also provide free WiFi (Wireless Internet). When you are ready to retire for the evening, you can escape to either of the master suites with one on the lower level and the other on the upper level. The location was excellent - free bus right outside the door. We rented an SUV this time and enjoyed the free garage parking under the building. Apartment was very clean and well appointed. In the most perfect and safe location literally 15 foot steps from front door to bus stop to get to ski school and base lodge easily. very close to town as well. Host is awesome and response. The townhouse looked much better than the photos so we were pleasantly surprised! House came equip with everything you need to cook/shower. I would recommend to replace towels, they had a musty smell, so did the washer/dryer. Also beds are very high, if you have children, line the edge with pillows! The condo is literally located on a bus stop so it was Very convenient to ride to and from Snow Park Lodge, and the condo has its own garage which was very convenient to park in. The hot tub was great. The kitchen was small (appropriately sized for a two bedroom condo) but well appointed with a nice gas range and vent to the outside. The showers had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The beds were comfortable, but I missed my bed and pillow from home. Because the condo overlooks Deer Valley Drive, there is some road noise, although there was virtually no traffic overnight. The carpet in the bedrooms look a little tired. But overall it was a really nice place to stay for my wife and I and our almost 13yo son, and we feel blessed that we could stay here. Brent the owner checked on us a couple of times to make sure we were happy. ##### John W. The spa is perfect and looked new but it is right above the main road and adjacent to the stairs so don't expect privacy. The parking is located inside a parking garage and has plenty of room. Having stayed in so many places where you have to park outside, we really appreciated parking out of the elements. The communication, check in and information provided was outstanding and some of the best we have had. The condo is 3 stories with 2 master bedrooms. One on the top floor, living space on the main floor and they other room on the bottom floor. So whether you have kids or another couple, it's perfect. Cons; the cleaning service left a rotten, molded tangerine on the floor and a previous guest's sock in the bed frame. The condo just didn't feel very clean. The beds, sheets blankets, dishes and coffee cups could be newer and updated. Newer beds would be a major improvement. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we would stay there again. ##### John C. Elevator makes access with luggage, skis and groceries easy. Owner provides an excellent introductory package and responds promptly to inquiries. Check in was easy via code locks.
