I love this property, because is close to the mountain, and I know guess will like it too, specially in winter they can go to ski and summer they can hike, beautiful small condo for two people, hope you enjoy it!

fraud
fraudulent listing. took money while property not available for rent. calls to host went unanswered. VRBO agent poor communications. extensive wait time to resolve issues. Very Disappointed on this rental.

Bad listing don’t fall for it
Booked and received Vrbo confirmation email yet heard nothing from the host until we arrived in Utah after 2 days of driving there. We were not on the list to check in and the HOA front desk called the owner who only then let us know with little remorse or apology that he didn’t have the room for us and claimed he had not listed it on Vrbo. After almost 2hrs on the phone thankfully Vrbo refunded us in full and then found and paid for a hotel room for that night. However it was only for that same night and our trip was for a total of 3 nights. Vrbo did not help us rebook because they were backlogged with other customer requests needing rebooking for longer stays. At least Sean at Vrbo had the heart to let us know we needed to find our next spot ourselves and not leave us waiting for a call from rebooking team. So we spent the first night of our vacay scrambling and researching where to stay the next two nights during a holiday week in park city. Vrbo’s stranded customer service support came through big time and was a relief but other than Sean helping us, this was a poor booking experience.
