Phenomenal summer location for hiking/biking/main street. Home has air conditioning as well. Enjoy this awesome custom luxury 4 bedroom home, located two blocks above Main Street and walking distance to ski runs and the town lift at Park City Mountain! Nestled on the Mountain with beautiful views, designer furnishings, a gourmet kitchen and great room not to mention the stone terrace with private outdoor spa! Two minutes to great restaurants, shopping, Deer Valley, and The Canyons. This 2500 square-foot home has a large beautiful quartz entry way with custom millwork and built-ins for all your gear! A cathedral ceiling library opens to large deck overlooking downtown Park City. The upstairs bedroom has a comfortable memory foam queen sofa bed, full bath and mountain decor complete this stunning, private retreat area. An artist designed staircase leads you to the great room with beautiful stone fireplace, built-in entertainment center and state of the art gourmet kitchen with marble counters. Dining for 8 and island seating as well! This floor also has a queen sized master bedroom with limestone bath, and a log furnished bunk room. This home now has mini-split AC units though out the home in addition to two furnaces for heat (along with heat capability through the mini-split systems). \*\* Booking Note: This home does allow well behaved pets (up to TWO total) for a small per Pet fee. However, there is no fenced in yard and Old Town Park city is a relatively populated area so while you can walk dogs on the street or up on the trails about a block away, there is not a dedicated 'dog walking' area. Also, the home sleeps up to 10 people total but there is an additional fee of $15/person (which will be calculated into the total price as long as you put in the correct number of people in the reservation request) per night for any number of people over 4\. \*\* While no car is needed at this location, there is room for a car or small SUV in the garage and a larger one in the carport (2 parking spaces total). DURING EXTREME snow storms/blizzards, the snow plowing service may be delayed or minimal. While we are contracted to remove snow/plow the driveway every time it snows more than 2", there are times when the plowing service may be delayed and the entire street (upper Woodside) will require 4 wheel drive/vehicles to get to the home. We will do our best to clear the driveway (and again, have a service that is contracted to do so) but there may be times that you will have to do a bit of shoveling, especially if you are arriving later in the day / evening and there has been a tremendous amount of snow that day. Wonderful, responsive property manager Short walk to town and short drive to PCMR resort base. Probably able to ski in and ski out but we had several small kids and it was easy to drive to ski school. High West Distillery and Saloon at bottom of the street where you turn up Woodside. It was so nice to have the garage to store bikes, our small gear trailer and still be able to park in the driveway. House was very clean and well stocked, as advertised. Park City was hot during our stay, the third floor definitely got warm, if we had to sleep up there it may have been uncomfortable. However, the portable A/C units on the second floor did a great job, and the master on the bottom floor was very cool and comfortable. We would absolutely consider this house again, it’s great to be 2 blocks from Main Street in a property like this, you can’t go wrong. Wow my family of 8 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and very clean home. Each bathroom is beautifully decorated and updated. My husband and I had 6 young adults with us, everyone showered after skiing and we never ran out of hot water. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The beds were comfortable and cozy. Having the two fireplaces were really nice. The sound system was amazing as we played music most of the time we were in the house. Getting to town is so easy- two sets of stairs right by the house. We ate in town at least once a day. And yes coming home is a little more difficult but nothing a rest half way up and a few good breaths can’t fix. The house is very close to the town lift. (About 3 city blocks long - down hill) You can also get to the Quit n Time trail if you go up the stairs to the left of the house but I have to admit we did take the lazy way out and drove all the skis and skier down to the town lift and the driver left their ski boot and skis and returned the car to the house and ran back down. It was so easy. We did the same on our return trip home. It was just too hot to trudge up that hill with ski boots and skis. (We had 75 degree weather) The hot tub was just perfect after a day of skiing and even after dinner. Patti is a great host and has set up the house to be comfortable and truly a home away from home. House had everything as described. Patti the host was great as well. Was able to provide us with contact information for airport transfers. Answered all questions with rapid response. House has 4 Bedrooms with an upside down layout (front door is on top level…Master bedroom on bottom level) 3 levels total. Master bedroom has a King and a pull out. A fireplace a huge closet and a huge bathroom ( which was a memory foam mattress, very comfortable). The next level up has 2 other bedrooms connected by a bathroom. One queen bed in one room and a full/ twin bunk in the other. The kitchen / main fireplace is also on this level. Couch is for 3 and is a pull out ( can use a lazy boy or another comfy chair). Kitchen had a great stove which was perfect for breakfast.. . The next level has another pull out sofa in a seperate bedroom with a bathroom in hallway. Bottom level off the master bedroom is the outdoor hot-tub which was great… Such an easy trip with ski storage street level in garage. Eat breakfast, walk upstairs and gear up. 5 min walk to trail which takes you to town lift. Highly recommend ordering groceries from Instacart.. Great house /Trip highly recommended ##### Ray M. My husband and all 4 adult sons and my son’s fiancé. The house was the perfect size and we loved having the hot tub to relax in after skiing all day! The house was so close to Main Street.
