They also have access to the single parking space in the parking garage located across the street underneath the Blue Church Townhomes Building. As well as access to an outdoor hot tub located above the parking garage. Guests will also have access to the Blue Church Lodge shared amenities which are in the basement of the lodge building and features a game room with a pool table, and coin-operated laundry if needed. The Neighborhood: Truly central to all that Park City has to offer, this home is within walking distance from both city and slopes making it the ideal gateway for your adventures. It is located in the heart of Park City’s historic Old Town and is just one block from Main Street with its abundant shopping, dining, and entertainment options. It is also a short, two-minute walk from the Park City Town Lift that connects to the Bonanza chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort, putting Park City's world-class ski resorts within steps of your front door. Getting Around: With its incredible location, you are walking distance from Park City Main Street, Old Town, and Park City Town Lift, with direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. You are also minutes from the China Bridge bus stop and the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit Bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE as is the Main Street trolley, which is also a great option for wandering around the Park City Historic District. Uber and Lyft are also always available. Other Things to Note: Please note that, like many homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. There are portable fans situated in closets throughout the home for your use if needed. There are family-friendly items available in the unit such as a pack n' play, a bumbo, and a simple stroller located in the kid's bunk room closet. The new outdoor hot tub has been installed. It is located over in the common area on the Townhouse side of the complex (directly above the parking garage). Due to the unit being in a condo complex, there may be some noise from the neighboring apartments and during the busy months, there is the potential for loud noises from restaurant and bar goers, live music, and traffic. Please note, there is only ONE parking space available. Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1\. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Unfortunately, the shared coin-operated washer/dryer were moved out for replacement, and thus they are not available for the time being. The new machines may arrive in mid-October, according to HOA. Interaction with Guests: We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response. Location is fantastic in relation to Old Town PC, the downside is there is a bar with loud thumping base music playing until 1-2am nightly right next door. Clean and well equipped: plenty of dishware, towels, pillows, blankets, etc. The radiant heating system makes it kind of hot and stuffy and with no AC you have to open windows to moderate the temperature. There is a fan in the master but it is on the same switch as an overhead light so you have to shut it off at nighttime. Host responses to questions were very rapid but not always especially helpful. There is some conflicting information on different websites that could be cleaned up. Overall, very nice place, not spectacular. ##### Scott P. Because she is pregnant I was looking for a listing that was close to Main Street to minimize walking. The condo is very charming and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is inside an old church that has been converted to condo units. When you enter the building there is a very spacious common area for all units to play games, eat, read a book or just relax. This unit is one block off Main Street where you have your choice of several restaurants and nightlife. It took a 2 minute walk to be in the heart of it all on Main Street. The only negative is parking more than 2 vehicles. There is covered parking for 1 and a street tag for an additional vehicle, but all others will have to find alternative parking arrangements and its not cheap for 24 hour parking. I highly recommend this listing if location, cleanliness and easy check-in is a plus for you. ##### Sheri T.
