There were dead bugs all over the condo. It reeked of marijuana throughout the stay. The noise was atrocious from the condo above. The blinds in the master are non existent. The ones upstairs are torn to shreds. The stairs going up to the twin beds are a death trap. I contacted them about the marijuana, dead bat, and the bugs, along with the hot tub being dirty. They decided to send someone fairly quickly to vacuum up the bugs. I asked them to please wait until we were in the condo. They did not. All they did was send whomever they did to vacuum up the bugs. That is it. We were not there. I saw the email when we got back. Then a couple of days later I answered the door to a pretty shocked face. He obviously wasn’t expecting anyone to be there. It was the hot tub man. He was sent to service the hot tub. My family and I were there for my daughter’s wedding. I had rented this place, and I paid a small fortune for it for eight days. I did not mind at all paying what I did. I did mind having bugs crawling all over the place during our stay. I did mind having a dead bat in the condo. I did mind the hot tub being disgusting. I had wedding dresses, tuxes and expensive jewelry in the condo. I did not want strangers going in and out while we were not there. We were doing wedding stuff the entire time. I will never stay here again or anywhere run by this company.
