The water filter on the fridge stopped working after day 1\. Great location for the mountain though. Parking situation is tight with one assigned space in the garage. There’s also one permit for parking one more car outside but space is extremely limited. All three beds were comfortable with nice furnishings. The living room furniture has been changed out so doesn’t match pictures but was comfortable. Now for the not so good: there’s a condo above this unit so you hear showers, toilet flushes and people walking around. The fridge worked but sounds like a freight train when the compressor kicks on (time repairs). The microwave is also on its last leg since it takes forever to heat things up. We also found broken glass on the floor near the sofas. This was a big concern since we had a youngster crawling around! Overall, the place is nice but I would suggest bringing a noise machine to drown out the surroundings. ##### Patrick L.
