This spacious, 2811 sq. ft. townhome is perfectly designed for memorable gatherings of family and friends, comfortably accommodating eight adults across four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. "ParkView" is a treasured, quiet development nestled in the heart of Park City's busy center, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and get ready for the day's adventures. The home features serene views overlooking the McLeod Creek to one side, and the majestic Park City ski area & Jupiter Peak to the other. Central Gathering Spaces: At the heart of the home, a large seating area with a roaring wood fire invites guests to gather at the end of the day to share stories, play games, or catch a movie/sports on the large TV mounted above the fireplace. The family-sized dining table, conveniently adjacent to the open-plan kitchen, ensures everyone stays connected. French doors open onto a large covered deck with a gas grill, table, and chairs, offering direct views and the soothing sound of the McLeod Creek below.
