The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen with high-quality stainless steel appliances fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook a delectable meal during your stay. The Neighborhood: This condo is a true ski-in/out with an incredible location in the heart of all the action at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. It is the perfect gateway to experience mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. The Main Street Historic District is a short 10-minute bus ride where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. Unlimited access to world-class ski resorts, hiking trails, local markets, and other unique festivities are at your fingertips. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience. Getting Around: From this lovely condo, the best ski runs in Park City are a stone's throw away, a true gateway to endless skiing options during your stay. Multiple bus routes are available with the Silver King bus stop 0.2 miles away and will take you to all of the main attractions and additional ski lifts in the area. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available. Other Things to Note: Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. Quiet hours must be observed on the property nightly from 10pm to 8am. During these hours, tenants should refrain from activities that may cause excessive noise and interrupt the tranquility of other units. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. The shared pool complex closes seasonally from the end of ski season until approximately Memorial Day Weekend and from Labor Day Weekend until the beginning of ski season. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, mattresses, and bedding were comfortable. The location for ski in and ski out was good for out party of 11\. Check in and check out times were strict… if you arrive before check-in, there is no where to store luggage. We needed an extra 30 min extension for check out and were denied. All in all it’s a great place to stay just make sure you’re not arriving early or needing a late checkout because the owner was not accommodating in that regard. ##### Lauren H. This property is perfect for ski in / ski out - so close to the lifts that it honestly literally is just steps. I cannot express how perfect this property was and upon first arrival we noticed right away how clean and well maintained it was. Everyone had their own bedrooms and beds as well as bathrooms. Everybody had plenty of room to move around as well as space for privacy. The condo is well equipped, and after making a stop of Costco in Salt Lake, we cooked every meal every day as it was easier than going out with a group of 11\. There wasn't a single thing that we needed but couldn't find. Everyone in my family thoroughly enjoyed the time we had skiing because of the fact that it is ski in/out at park city mountain resort at the first time lift. I honestly don't think there is a condo anywhere else in park city that can beat this one in any way. Property managers are kind and prompt when we had questions. Thank you so much for opening up your home to us! We will be back for sure, just keep a week open for us please! ##### Cory B.
