It was very clean and comfortable - the right mix between hotel like setting and home. The location is steps off the trail - less than 5 minutes to main street in one direction and less than five minutes in the other direction to City Park, which is perfect for families (tennis, softball, volleyball, skatepark, playground, etc.) There is some street noise since it's right of Deer Valley Dr. but it's manageable.
