Summary: This cozy two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo boasts an incredible location, less than a 5-minute walk from the base of Park City Mountain Resort. Outfitted with a focus on comfort, it comes complete with a hot tub and pool access and is a mere five minutes from the historic Main Street and Old Town districts. Perfect for up to six guests, this charming condo makes it easy to make the most of your time in fabulous Park City, with its world-class resorts and seasonal festivals. The Space: You will adore this intimate condo, with its unbeatable location near the base of Park City Mountain Resort. Just five minutes from the Main Street Historic District, this is a charming home away from home where you can make endless Park City memories. With an updated kitchen, open-concept layout, wood-burning fireplace, and community pool and hot tub for your use, this home provides ultimate comfort in addition to its incredible location. Enter in and find yourself in the fully updated kitchen that boasts granite countertops, a tile backsplash and floors, a roomy stainless steel refrigerator, and a bar that seats four and serves as the perfect bridge between the kitchen and nearby dining area. Just off of the kitchen, you will find the dining area with a dining table with seating for six that is conveniently situated between the kitchen and living room. Here, you can dig into your latest snack or meal or set up one of the games in the condo, including Scrabble, Jenga, and Battleship. The living room is primed for your comfort with plush furnishings, including a couch, loveseat, and armchair that all make it easy to sit back and relax after a day of adventures. In this cozy and inviting space, you will also find end tables with lamps, a wood-burning fireplace, 55-inch flat-screen TV, and access to the private balcony. A bathroom located just off the entrance to the home features a single-sink vanity and a fully-tiled shower with a glass door as well as a washer and dryer for any laundry needs. Should you want to explore Park City’s historic Main Street and Old Town Districts, they are a 5-minute bus ride away on the FREE Park City Transit Bus, which stops at the City Park stop within a 2-minute walk from the condo. Connected to multiple lines and routes spanning this fabulous area, the FREE bus system can take you to just about anywhere, including the nearby Deer Valley Resort or the Outlets at Park City. Needs a few things to make summer stays more enjoyable. We have no complaints about the accomodations aside from the lack of A/C and no codes to the gate or pool were given to us, just the room code was given. The place could really use A/C and some light blocking window coverings. We visited during a heat wave and sleeping was tough with how hot the room was and we avoided cooking in the room to not heat it further...then the sun came up before 6 am and shines right in to the small bedroom and living room. All of these things caused me to have to do extra research/times away from our already short vacation time.
